Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Fresi & Mori is a game by 43 Social Media. This policy explains what happens to your data when you play, both on the web (www.fresimori.com) and in the Android and iOS apps.

In short

You can play without giving any personal data: without an account, your progress is stored only on your device. There are no ads or tracking cookies. If you agree, the game sends anonymous game statistics to help us improve the levels.

On the website you can choose to create an account (with Google or with email and password) to save your progress in the cloud, use it on several devices and appear on the global challenge leaderboard under a nickname you choose. Only then do we process your email address and the game data linked to your account, as explained below. You can delete the account and its data whenever you like from within the game.

Data stored on your device

Your progress (levels, stars, streak), your settings and some play statistics (days played, times, hints per level and technical errors) are stored only on your device: on the web, in your browser's local storage; in the app, in the app's own storage. We don't use cookies. You can delete everything from Settings › Reset progress, by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by uninstalling the app.

Anonymous statistics (optional)

The first time you play, the game asks whether you'd like to help improve it. Only if you say yes (or turn it on in Settings › "Help improve the game") does it send game data to our server: level number, board size, time, hints, mistakes, stars, whether you leave a level unfinished, how many days since you started playing, the game version, language, platform (Android, iOS or web) and a random code created on your device for this install. It doesn't include your name, email, location, contacts or any device or advertising identifier, and we don't store your IP address.

We use it only to learn which levels are too easy or too hard and where people stop playing, always in aggregate. We don't sell or share it. It is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare D1), acting as our provider, and deleted after 24 months at most. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings: when you turn it off, the game stops sending data and discards its random code.

Account (optional, on the website)

The account is voluntary: you don't need one to play. If you create one, we process this data:

We use this data only to provide the service you ask for (saving and syncing your progress and showing you on the leaderboard). The legal basis is providing that service at your request. We don't sell it, don't use it for advertising and don't share it with anyone other than the providers that make it work:

On your device, the browser keeps you signed in (using Firebase's storage) so you don't have to sign in every time. This is essential for the feature you ask for, and it is removed when you sign out.

How long: for as long as you keep the account. When you tap Settings › Account › Delete account, we immediately delete your progress, nickname and results from our database, and then your sign-in from Firebase. If you sign out without deleting the account, your data is kept for when you sign in again. Progress stored on your device is not deleted with the account.

Global challenge leaderboard

If you are signed in, your first attempt each day at the global challenge goes onto a public leaderboard. The leaderboard shows your nickname (or "Player" and a number if you haven't chosen one), your time and the hints used. Your email is never shown. To check the result is genuine, the game sends the list of moves from that game (cell, fruit and time of each). It is used only to validate the time and is not stored. We do store the start and finish time, the time taken, hints and mistakes.

Choose a nickname that doesn't identify you: don't use your full name or contact details. Offensive nicknames aren't allowed. Any player with an account can report a nickname. To prevent abuse, we store which account made each report, and after several reports the nickname is removed automatically. Based on our legitimate interest in keeping the leaderboard clean and fair, we may also manually remove clearly fraudulent nicknames or results.

When you visit the website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. Like any server, it processes technical data for each visit (IP address, browser type, requested page and time) to serve the page and protect it from attacks. We don't enable any analytics and we don't use that data to identify you or for statistics. You can read how Cloudflare handles it in its privacy policy.

Everything the game needs (fonts, images, music) is served from this same website. It only connects to other services if you use the account or the leaderboard: then it loads Google's sign-in system (Firebase) and talks to our server on Cloudflare. As long as you don't open Settings › Account or the leaderboard, none of those requests are made. So you can play offline, your browser keeps a copy of the game in its cache; you can clear it along with the site's data.

In the app

The app doesn't ask for access to your camera, microphone, location or contacts. On Android it may use vibration, which you can turn off in Settings. If you accept, it schedules a daily reminder on your own phone: it's a local notification and nothing is sent to any server. At some point it may show Apple's or Google's official rating window; the system handles it and the app receives none of your data.

Sharing and test report

Tapping "Share result" opens your device's share menu with a text or image of your game; you choose where to send it and we never see it. The test report only leaves your device if you choose to send it.

Children

The game doesn't ask for age and can be played without giving any personal data. The account and leaderboard are only for people aged 14 or over (or the minimum age set by the law of your country to give your data without parental permission). If you are younger, play without an account. Anonymous statistics are only sent if accepted; if a child is playing, we ask that an adult decides whether to turn them on. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Without an account, your progress lives on your device and you control it. With an account, you can see and correct your nickname and progress in the game itself, and delete the account with all its data from Settings › Account › Delete account. You can also write to us to request access to your data, its correction, erasure or portability (we send it to you in a file), or a restriction of its processing, or to object to it.

Anonymous statistics don't reveal who you are, but if you'd like us to delete the ones from your install, write to us with the code shown in the test report (Settings › tap the version 5 times). You can withdraw your consent in Settings at any time.

If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Changes

If this policy changes (for example, if ads, other sign-in methods such as Facebook or X, or accounts in the apps are added in the future), we'll update this page and the date above before the change reaches the game.
